  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention through proactive relationship management

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including portfolio managers and data scientists, to develop tailored analytics solutions for global clients
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and workshops to demonstrate the value of performance attribution and risk modeling tools
  • Monitor client portfolios for performance trends and risks, providing actionable recommendations to enhance outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional JP Morgan Chase services, such as advanced analytics or advisory solutions
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies in all client interactions and analytics delivery
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Fusion Performance & Risk Analytics suite based on client feedback

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in performance and risk analytics within the financial services industry, with a focus on investment management
  • Proven track record in client-facing roles, managing relationships with institutional investors or high-net-worth clients
  • Strong understanding of investment performance measurement, risk analytics, and regulatory standards such as GIPS (Global Investment Performance Standards)
  • Experience with analytics platforms and tools used in asset management, including performance attribution and portfolio risk modeling
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed to support global client relationships
  • Series 7 and/or Series 65 license or equivalent certifications in financial analysis

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation or progress toward completion
