Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive cyber threat intelligence program to protect JP Morgan Chase's digital assets in the Asia-Pacific region
• Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and trends specific to the financial services industry, including state-sponsored attacks and financial cybercrime
• Collaborate with global cybersecurity teams to enhance threat detection, monitoring, and response capabilities using advanced tools and intelligence sources
• Provide strategic intelligence briefings to senior executives and risk management committees to inform decision-making and mitigate financial risks
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as government agencies, FS-ISAC, and industry peers, to facilitate threat information sharing
• Oversee the integration of threat intelligence into JP Morgan Chase's security operations center (SOC) and incident response processes
• Develop and mentor a team of cyber intelligence analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in threat hunting
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from bodies like the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and contribute to firm-wide cybersecurity policies
• Identify and assess third-party risks in the supply chain, particularly for fintech integrations in the banking sector
• Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, such as AI-powered analytics, to proactively anticipate and neutralize threats to JP Morgan Chase's operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years focused on threat intelligence in a financial services or high-stakes environment
• Proven leadership experience in managing cyber intelligence teams and leading threat detection initiatives
• Deep knowledge of global cyber threats, including those targeting financial institutions, such as ransomware, phishing, and advanced persistent threats (APTs)
• Experience with intelligence-sharing frameworks like FS-ISAC and regulatory compliance in cybersecurity (e.g., GDPR, MAS guidelines)
• Certifications such as CISSP, GIAC GCTI, or Certified Threat Intelligence Analyst (CTIA)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex threat data into actionable insights for executive stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Cybersecurity or a related discipline
• Experience in the banking sector, particularly with multinational firms like JP Morgan Chase
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven threat detection tools and big data analytics in cybersecurity
• Background in incident response and digital forensics within a regulated financial environment
• Proficiency in Mandarin or other regional languages for Asia-Pacific threat intelligence

Required Skills

• Expertise in threat intelligence platforms (e.g., ThreatConnect, Recorded Future)
• Proficiency in SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, ELK Stack) for threat monitoring
• Advanced knowledge of malware analysis and reverse engineering
• Experience with OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) and HUMINT collection methods
• Strong programming skills in Python or R for data analysis and automation
• Familiarity with network security protocols and intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS)
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving in high-pressure environments
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to non-technical stakeholders
