Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of technology risks across JP Morgan Chase's operations in the Asia-Pacific region
  • Develop and implement robust control frameworks to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Collaborate with technology, compliance, and business teams to integrate risk management into development and operational processes
  • Conduct regular audits and testing of controls to maintain operational integrity and resilience against cyber threats
  • Monitor emerging risks in the dynamic financial landscape, including fintech innovations and geopolitical factors
  • Provide expert guidance on risk appetite and tolerance to senior leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement in risk reporting and analytics using data-driven insights
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of risk awareness within the organization
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies such as the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) on risk-related matters

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technology risk management, controls, or cybersecurity within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in leading risk assessment and control implementation in a regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as MAS guidelines, GDPR, and Basel III relevant to financial institutions
  • Experience with enterprise risk management tools and frameworks like COSO or NIST
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams

  • Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in Risk Management or related discipline
