Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical programs to enhance cybersecurity posture across JP Morgan Chase's global operations, focusing on risk mitigation and compliance
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance teams to define program roadmaps and deliverables in alignment with firm-wide strategic goals
• Provide strategic insights on emerging cybersecurity threats in the financial services industry, influencing technology investments and architecture decisions
• Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources for transformative initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery within regulatory constraints
• Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses for cybersecurity programs, recommending improvements to protect sensitive financial data
• Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder engagement, including executive reporting on program progress and impact on business outcomes
• Drive adoption of innovative security technologies, such as zero-trust architectures and automated threat detection, tailored to banking environments
• Mentor junior program managers and contribute to the development of cybersecurity best practices at JP Morgan Chase
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise security standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 5 years in cybersecurity within the financial services sector
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in a regulated environment like banking
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
• Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure) and enterprise risk management in financial institutions
• PMP, CISSP, or equivalent certification
