Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver accurate daily revenue reports for senior management and stakeholders
  • Analyze revenue trends, variances, and anomalies to support strategic financial decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including trading, operations, and compliance, to ensure data integrity
  • Reconcile revenue data from multiple sources and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting processes to enhance efficiency
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue generation and forecasting
  • Assist in month-end and quarter-end revenue close processes
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights on revenue impacts from market events
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Contribute to process improvements in daily reporting workflows

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, or revenue operations within the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools
  • Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and financial regulations
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting in a fast-paced banking environment
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight daily deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance)
  • Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
  • Knowledge of SQL or Python for data querying and automation
  • Familiarity with JP Morgan's internal financial systems or similar enterprise tools
