Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test strategies for data and analytical services within the Testing Center of Excellence (CoE)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery of financial products and client solutions
  • Analyze data sets to identify defects, performance issues, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Support the integration of testing automation tools to enhance efficiency in JP Morgan's global operations
  • Contribute to the ReEntry Program by mentoring peers and sharing insights from prior career experiences

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2-5 years of prior professional experience in data analysis, testing, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance practices
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and basic programming languages
