Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies for data and analytical services within the Testing Center of Excellence (CoE)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery of financial products and client solutions
• Analyze data sets to identify defects, performance issues, and opportunities for process improvement
• Support the integration of testing automation tools to enhance efficiency in JP Morgan's global operations
• Contribute to the ReEntry Program by mentoring peers and sharing insights from prior career experiences
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies for data security and accuracy
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to drive project success
• Document test cases, results, and recommendations for business stakeholders in the financial services domain
• Assist in building scalable analytical models that support client-facing applications at JP Morgan Chase
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for testing initiatives in Hyderabad

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• At least 2-5 years of prior professional experience in data analysis, testing, or financial services
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance practices
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and basic programming languages
• Eligibility for the 2026 ReEntry Program, including a career break of at least 2 years
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Hyderabad, India
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
