Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Commercial & Investment Bank Analytics team to identify data-driven solutions using AI and advanced analytics
• Develop and implement AI models to generate actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency and business performance
• Analyze complex datasets from financial operations to uncover trends and opportunities for improvement
• Partner with business units to translate operational challenges into data analytics requirements
• Design and deliver scalable analytics solutions, including dashboards and predictive models, tailored to investment banking needs
• Ensure all analytics initiatives comply with JP Morgan Chase's risk management and regulatory standards
• Monitor and optimize AI solutions to support real-time decision-making in commercial and investment activities
• Conduct stakeholder presentations to communicate insights and recommend data-driven strategies
• Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and integrate them into JP Morgan's analytics framework
• Mentor junior team members on best practices in data analytics within the financial services context

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, AI implementation, or solutions delivery within financial services or a similar industry
• Proven track record of using data and AI to drive operational insights and business efficiency
• Strong understanding of financial markets, commercial banking, and investment banking operations
• Experience with data visualization tools and analytics platforms in a high-stakes environment
