Key Responsibilities

• Guide internal clients in leveraging the Fusion Platform to implement data and AI-driven solutions for financial products and services
• Collaborate with product teams to identify AI opportunities that enhance client solutions in areas like risk management and market analytics
• Design and prototype AI models to solve complex financial challenges, ensuring integration with JP Morgan's secure data infrastructure
• Provide expert advice on data analytics best practices, including data quality, visualization, and predictive modeling
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower teams in adopting AI tools within the financial services context
• Monitor and optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Partner with engineering and compliance teams to ensure solutions adhere to JP Morgan's ethical AI guidelines
• Contribute to the evolution of the Fusion Platform by incorporating feedback from client solutions initiatives
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable data and AI strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, AI, or product solutions within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of working with AI and data platforms to deliver client-facing solutions
• Strong understanding of data governance, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and financial compliance standards
• Experience in agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java for data manipulation and AI model integration
