Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytics solutions that empower JP Morgan Chase bankers, clients, and executives to leverage data for informed decision-making
• Collaborate with business units to identify data needs and design scalable analytics platforms tailored to financial services challenges
• Analyze large datasets from diverse sources, including market data, client transactions, and internal systems, to uncover actionable insights
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau to visualize trends in risk, investment performance, and client behavior
• Ensure data solutions comply with JP Morgan Chase's stringent regulatory and security standards in the banking sector
• Lead cross-functional projects to integrate advanced analytics into core banking operations, such as credit risk assessment and portfolio optimization
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the evolution of the Data and Analytics Strategy Team's methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or analytics solutions delivery within the financial services industry
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of data governance, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and financial compliance standards
