Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect data models and reporting frameworks to deliver actionable real estate analytics for JP Morgan Chase's global operations
• Develop automation solutions to streamline data processes, enhancing efficiency in real estate portfolio management and decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Corporate Real Estate, Finance, and Technology teams to align data strategies with firm-wide initiatives
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security in all reporting outputs, adhering to financial industry regulations
• Lead the integration of disparate data sources from real estate systems, financial databases, and external vendors
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on real estate trends, cost optimization, and risk assessment through advanced analytics
• Mentor junior team members and drive best practices in data domain architecture within the Analytics Solutions & Delivery group
• Monitor and optimize data performance, scalability, and reporting tools to support strategic business objectives
• Participate in innovation projects, such as AI-driven forecasting for real estate investments at JP Morgan Chase

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture, analytics, or reporting within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in designing and implementing data solutions for real estate or asset management domains
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in financial reporting, such as SEC and Basel standards
• Experience with enterprise data platforms and tools used in large-scale financial institutions
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a global banking environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent
