Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable data products and analytical solutions tailored to Marketing Finance needs at JP Morgan Chase
• Collaborate with stakeholders including marketing teams, finance analysts, and IT groups to gather requirements and define data strategies
• Optimize data pipelines and models to ensure high performance, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards in the financial industry
• Lead the integration of diverse data sources, such as customer transaction data and campaign metrics, into unified analytical platforms
• Develop and maintain data governance frameworks to support secure and ethical use of financial data
• Conduct data quality assessments and implement remediation strategies to enhance decision-making for marketing initiatives
• Mentor junior team members on best practices in data architecture and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the Analytics Solutions & Delivery team
• Monitor emerging technologies and trends in data analytics to recommend innovations for JP Morgan's marketing finance operations
• Support the creation of dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for business growth and risk mitigation
• Ensure all solutions align with JP Morgan's enterprise architecture and contribute to overall data ecosystem maturity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, or data engineering roles within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of designing and implementing data products and analytical solutions for business functions like marketing or finance
• Strong understanding of data governance, compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX), and risk management in banking environments
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with a focus on data storage and analytics
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration in large-scale enterprise settings
• Ability to handle sensitive financial data with a commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
