Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect data domains to support analytics solutions and delivery for JP Morgan Chase's global banking operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data models, ontologies, and governance policies aligned with financial regulations
• Lead the integration of data from diverse sources including transaction systems, risk management platforms, and customer databases
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of data architectures in cloud and on-premise environments
• Develop and maintain data lineage, metadata management, and quality assurance frameworks for financial datasets
• Partner with engineering teams to implement data pipelines and ETL processes optimized for real-time banking analytics
• Conduct assessments of current data landscapes and recommend improvements to enhance decision-making in investment banking
• Mentor junior architects and contribute to knowledge sharing within the Analytics Solutions & Delivery team
• Monitor emerging data technologies and trends to drive innovation in JP Morgan's data strategy
• Support audit and compliance activities by documenting data architectures and ensuring adherence to industry standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, or enterprise data management within the financial services sector
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing data domains for large-scale banking systems
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR, Basel III, and financial data governance frameworks
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud in a financial context
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile environments
• Proficiency in data security and privacy practices specific to banking and capital markets

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Analytics or a related discipline
• Experience working at a global financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
• Certification in data architecture (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional - CDMP)
