Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable data models and solutions to support financial reporting and insights for Business Banking
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to define data requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
• Lead the integration of disparate data sources to create unified views for analytics and decision-making
• Implement data governance policies to maintain data quality, security, and compliance in financial datasets
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies for data management, such as AI/ML for predictive analytics
• Develop roadmaps for data domain evolution, focusing on enhancing reporting efficiency and accuracy
• Mentor junior architects and contribute to knowledge sharing within the Analytics Solutions & Delivery team
• Monitor and optimize data pipelines to support real-time financial insights and regulatory reporting
• Conduct assessments of current data architectures and propose improvements for JP Morgan Chase's finance ecosystem
• Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise standards and support the firm's risk and control frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, or enterprise data management within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in designing and implementing data solutions for financial reporting and analytics
• Strong understanding of financial data domains, including regulatory reporting, risk management, and business banking metrics
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and business stakeholders
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standards like GDPR, SOX, and Basel III

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
• Experience working at a large financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Certification in data architecture (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional - CDMP)
