Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of automation tools to streamline processes within the Corporate & Operations Services (COS) division at JP Morgan Chase
• Analyze complex datasets to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies in financial services operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Deliver actionable insights through reports and dashboards that inform decision-making for senior leadership
• Manage data governance and quality control to maintain accuracy in financial reporting and analytics
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to COS operations and recommend data-driven enhancements
• Facilitate training and change management for teams adopting new automation and analytics tools
• Ensure all activities comply with JP Morgan Chase's risk management frameworks and regulatory standards
• Partner with technology teams to integrate advanced analytics into core banking processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, process improvement, or business transformation within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in managing automation tools and delivering data-driven insights for operational efficiency
• Strong understanding of financial services regulations and compliance requirements, particularly in banking operations
• Experience in supporting large-scale transformation initiatives in a corporate environment
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools relevant to financial data management

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in a quantitative field
• Experience working in a global financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
