Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data integrity across digital banking platforms
• Implement and maintain data governance policies to comply with regulatory requirements in the financial sector
• Analyze and resolve data discrepancies to support accurate customer experiences in JP Morgan's digital bank
• Develop and execute data quality checks and validation processes for transactional and customer data
• Support the migration and integration of data from legacy systems to modern digital infrastructures
• Monitor data usage patterns to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and value in banking services
• Contribute to the documentation and reporting of data management metrics for senior stakeholders
• Assist in training team members on best practices for data handling in a secure financial environment
• Participate in audits and ensure adherence to JP Morgan's data security protocols
• Drive initiatives to enhance data accessibility while maintaining trust and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in data management, data governance, or data quality roles within the financial services industry
• Proficiency in SQL and data querying tools for handling large datasets
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and financial compliance standards like SOX
• Experience with data management platforms and tools used in banking environments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team setting
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science or a related discipline
• Experience with JP Morgan's internal data systems or similar enterprise banking platforms
• Certification in data management (e.g., CDMP) or financial data standards
• Prior exposure to digital banking initiatives and customer data analytics
• Knowledge of Python or R for data scripting and automation
