  • Identify and mitigate data risks, including unauthorized access and data breaches, in a high-stakes financial environment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in data management, data governance, or information security within the financial services sector
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and financial compliance standards like SOX and Basel III
  • Proficiency in data access control mechanisms and identity management systems
  • Experience with secure data handling in a large-scale enterprise environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams in a global organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certification in data governance (e.g., CDMP) or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP)
  • Experience with JP Morgan Chase's internal data platforms or similar banking systems
  • Knowledge of cloud-based data solutions in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Prior role in a financial institution handling sensitive client data
