Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and insights supporting JP Morgan Chase's strategic initiatives in investment banking and asset management
• Manage end-to-end data operations projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with global teams across regions to standardize data processes and enhance reporting accuracy
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like SQL, Python, and visualization software for executive decision-making
• Monitor data quality and integrity, implementing controls to mitigate risks in financial datasets
• Support regulatory reporting requirements for JP Morgan Chase's operations in India and internationally
• Drive process improvements in data workflows to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions
• Contribute to innovation in data operations, exploring AI and machine learning applications for predictive analytics in finance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or operations within the financial services industry
• Proficiency in SQL and data querying tools for handling large datasets
• Strong understanding of data management principles and financial reporting standards
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global, multicultural environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's) in Data Analytics, Business Administration, or equivalent
