Key Responsibilities

• Lead data operations projects focused on reference data accuracy and efficiency for JP Morgan Chase's global trading and investment banking divisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement data quality standards and governance policies aligned with regulatory compliance
• Analyze and resolve complex data discrepancies in securities, pricing, and corporate actions data streams
• Develop and maintain automated workflows using tools like SQL, Python, and ETL processes to streamline data ingestion and validation
• Monitor data performance metrics and generate reports to support decision-making in risk management and portfolio operations
• Mentor junior team members on best practices in data operations within the financial services sector
• Conduct regular audits and testing to ensure data resilience against operational disruptions
• Integrate emerging technologies to enhance reference data capabilities, such as AI-driven anomaly detection
• Liaise with technology teams to optimize data infrastructure for scalability in a high-frequency trading environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data operations, reference data management, or similar roles within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in handling large-scale data sets and ensuring data integrity in a banking environment
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, securities reference data, and regulatory requirements such as MiFID II or GDPR
• Experience with data quality tools and processes in a high-volume transaction environment
