Key Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and enforcement of data ownership strategies across analytics solutions and delivery teams at JPMorgan Chase
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance stakeholders to accelerate data utilization in product development and business growth
• Oversee data governance policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the financial services industry
• Drive initiatives that leverage data to enhance customer experiences in banking and investment services
• Manage a team of data analysts and stewards, fostering a culture of data excellence and innovation
• Identify and mitigate data-related risks, including quality issues and privacy concerns, in high-stakes financial environments
• Partner with senior leadership to align data strategies with JPMorgan Chase's broader business objectives
• Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of data initiatives on revenue growth and operational efficiency
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and training to promote best practices in data handling and analytics
• Stay abreast of emerging data technologies and trends to recommend improvements for JPMorgan Chase's analytics ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or financial services technology
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a large-scale enterprise environment
• Deep understanding of data governance, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and financial compliance standards
• Experience with data lifecycle management, including acquisition, storage, and utilization in banking products
• Strong track record of driving data-driven initiatives that enhance customer experience and business outcomes
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments in a global financial institution

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications in data management (e.g., CDMP) or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics)

• Prior role in a director-level position at a major bank or financial services firm
