  • Manage the data catalog and metadata repository, enhancing data discoverability and usability for analytics teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in data management, governance, or analytics within the financial services industry
  • Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams in data-related roles at a senior level
  • Deep knowledge of data governance frameworks, including data quality, lineage, and metadata management
  • Experience with regulatory compliance in financial services, such as GDPR, Basel III, and CCAR reporting requirements
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data architectures and cloud-based data platforms
  • Certification in data management (e.g., CDMP) or equivalent professional accreditation
