Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data strategy for Credit Card products, aligning with JP Morgan Chase's enterprise data governance framework
  • Lead data ownership initiatives to ensure high-quality, secure, and accessible data for innovation in consumer banking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data standards, policies, and procedures for credit card analytics

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in data management, governance, or analytics within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in leading data strategy initiatives for consumer banking or credit card products
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, CCPA, and financial data protection standards
  • Experience with data quality frameworks and tools in a large-scale enterprise environment
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams, including collaboration with IT, compliance, and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in data governance (e.g., CDMP, DAMA) or financial data management
