Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of data products, from ideation to deployment, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic objectives in the financial services sector
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define product requirements and roadmaps for high-impact data solutions
• Oversee agile teams in building scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms that support risk management, trading, and customer insights
• Ensure data products adhere to enterprise standards for quality, security, and compliance in a regulated financial environment
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver data products on time and within scope
• Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies like AI and machine learning into data offerings for competitive advantage
• Monitor product performance post-launch, gathering feedback and iterating to enhance value for internal and external clients
• Foster partnerships across JP Morgan Chase's global teams, particularly in Mumbai, to align data delivery with broader organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in data product management, delivery, or related roles within financial services
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in delivering data-driven products in a large-scale enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of data governance, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and financial industry standards
• Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management in data-intensive projects
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholders in complex delivery programs
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications in data management (e.g., CDMP) or project management (e.g., PMP)
• Prior experience at a global financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications in financial data products
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud in data delivery contexts
