Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data product strategies aligned with JP Morgan Chase's Securities Services division to drive innovation and client value
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from market research and requirement gathering to launch and iteration
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on client needs
• Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for data product enhancements
• Engage with institutional clients to understand pain points and translate them into scalable data solutions, such as analytics dashboards or reporting tools
• Oversee product performance metrics, ensuring alignment with KPIs like user adoption, revenue impact, and data accuracy
• Champion data governance and compliance standards within product initiatives to mitigate risks in the financial services environment
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of agile methodologies and continuous improvement
• Present product updates and strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders to secure buy-in and resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product management, data strategy, or related roles within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in developing and launching data products or solutions in securities services or asset management
• Strong understanding of financial markets, securities services, and regulatory requirements such as GDPR, MiFID II, or SEC guidelines
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments, with a focus on data-driven decision making
• Demonstrated ability to manage product lifecycles from ideation to deployment in a global banking context

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar, with exposure to custody, fund services, or collateral management
• Certification in product management (e.g., PMP, Certified Scrum Product Owner) or data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics Professional)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies used in financial data processing
• Prior involvement in client-facing roles, enhancing data solutions for institutional investors or asset managers
