Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of data visualization strategies for the International Private Bank, focusing on client insights and portfolio performance
• Design and implement interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI to support decision-making for high-net-worth clients
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business leaders to translate complex financial datasets into compelling visual stories
• Ensure visualizations adhere to JP Morgan's data governance standards and financial regulations
• Mentor and guide a team of visualization specialists, fostering innovation in predictive analytics
• Conduct user acceptance testing and iterate on visualizations based on feedback from private banking advisors
• Integrate AI-driven predictive insights into visualizations to enhance client advisory services
• Monitor and optimize visualization performance for scalability across global markets
• Present visualization strategies to senior leadership and contribute to strategic planning sessions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in data visualization and analytics within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading data visualization projects in a high-stakes environment like private banking
• Expertise in building and deploying interactive dashboards for executive stakeholders
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in financial data handling (e.g., GDPR, MiFID II)
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence
