Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of advanced data visualization solutions to support finance data insights and decision-making at JPMorgan Chase
• Collaborate with finance, risk, and technology teams to translate complex financial datasets into intuitive, actionable visuals
• Oversee a team of data visualization analysts, providing mentorship and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
• Drive innovation in visual analytics by integrating AI/ML elements to enhance predictive insights for financial reporting
• Ensure visualizations comply with JPMorgan Chase's data governance standards and regulatory requirements in the financial sector
• Monitor and optimize visualization performance, scalability, and user adoption across global finance operations
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify key metrics and develop dashboards for executive-level financial analysis
• Conduct regular reviews of visualization tools and processes to incorporate emerging trends in financial data analytics
• Facilitate training sessions on best practices for data storytelling and visualization within the finance organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in data visualization, analytics, or business intelligence roles within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading teams in developing and deploying data visualization solutions for finance and risk management
• Strong understanding of financial data domains including regulatory reporting, risk analytics, and investment insights
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration in a large-scale enterprise environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on delivering high-impact results under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
