Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process accurate invoices for client deals, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve issues with internal teams and external clients promptly
  • Monitor and track payments, updating records in J.P. Morgan's financial systems to maintain accurate accounts receivable
  • Collaborate with relationship managers to understand deal terms and apply correct billing rates and structures
  • Generate detailed billing reports and analytics to support business decision-making and forecasting
  • Ensure all billing activities adhere to J.P. Morgan's risk management and audit requirements
  • Assist in the implementation of billing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Provide support during month-end and quarter-end close processes, including variance analysis
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams in Buenos Aires and global offices to facilitate seamless deal services

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or financial operations within the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software such as SAP or Oracle
  • Strong understanding of billing processes, including invoice generation, reconciliation, and payment tracking
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial data with strict confidentiality
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Billing and Invoicing Specialist (CBIS) or equivalent
