Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and innovation of Deposits 2.0 products, focusing on enhancing core deposit offerings like checking and savings accounts
• Gather and analyze user insights from JP Morgan Chase customers to identify pain points and opportunities for platform improvements
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize features
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and iteration, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the financial services sector to inform strategic product decisions
• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize user engagement and deposit growth
• Ensure all product initiatives comply with JP Morgan Chase's risk management and regulatory standards
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation within the Deposits team
• Present product strategies and progress updates to senior leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or banking
• Proven track record of leading product innovation and development in deposit products or digital banking platforms
• Strong understanding of core deposit products such as checking, savings, and money market accounts
• Experience leveraging user insights, data analytics, and market research to drive product enhancements
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry, including FDIC and consumer protection laws

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Technology
