Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Deposits & Custody group by managing day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives at JPMorgan Chase
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that enhance deposit and custody services
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify operational risks, and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and compliance
  • Coordinate with senior leadership to prepare reports, presentations, and analyses on market trends and business performance
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including clients, regulators, and internal partners, to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Lead projects related to product development, process automation, and regulatory adherence in the custody and deposits space
  • Analyze financial data to support decision-making and contribute to budgeting and forecasting for the business unit
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging technology and innovation to support JPMorgan Chase's global operations
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations, mitigating risks in deposit and custody activities
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of excellence within the Business Management team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management, financial services, or operations within the banking sector
  • Strong understanding of deposits and custody services, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics
  • Proven track record in project management and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced financial environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and reporting
  • Knowledge of risk management practices in custody and deposit operations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global team setting at a leading financial institution like JPMorgan Chase
