Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of middleware platforms supporting JP Morgan Chase's digital channels, including mobile banking and online platforms
• Conduct user research and data analysis to identify pain points and opportunities for innovation in financial product offerings
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize features aligned with regulatory and customer needs
• Drive agile sprints for middleware enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with core banking systems
• Monitor platform performance metrics and implement A/B testing to optimize user experience in digital transactions
• Advocate for best practices in API management and microservices architecture to support scalable financial services
• Partner with compliance and risk teams to ensure middleware solutions meet JP Morgan's security and data privacy standards
• Contribute to innovation initiatives, such as exploring AI-driven personalization in digital banking channels
• Provide mentorship to junior product associates and present insights to senior leadership on platform evolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, software development, or middleware platforms within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
• Strong understanding of digital channels, APIs, and middleware technologies in a banking environment
• Experience with user research, data analysis, and product optimization techniques
