Required Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as PSD2, GDPR, and Basel III in the context of global banking operations
  • Experience in governance and oversight of cross-functional teams in a multinational financial institution
  • Professional certification such as CRISC, CISA, or equivalent in risk and control management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in Finance, Risk Management, or Digital Innovation
  • Prior experience at a Tier 1 investment bank like JP Morgan Chase in payments or treasury services
