Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and compliance to define product roadmaps
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to prioritize features that drive digital adoption in wholesale banking
  • Oversee the integration of CRM systems with trading, risk management, and analytics tools
  • Conduct user research and A/B testing to optimize digital market experiences for institutional clients
  • Ensure all product initiatives comply with financial regulations like GDPR and SEC guidelines
