Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development and roadmap for the Digital Markets CRM product, aligning with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in capital markets
  • Collaborate with sales, trading, and technology teams to define user requirements and enhance client relationship management features
  • Drive agile product sprints, prioritizing features that improve client engagement and data analytics in financial services
  • Analyze market trends and competitor CRM solutions to innovate product capabilities for institutional clients
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in CRM implementations
  • Manage stakeholder communications, including executive reporting on product performance and ROI metrics
  • Oversee integration of CRM with JP Morgan's trading platforms and risk management systems
  • Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation within the Digital Markets team
  • Conduct user testing and iterate on product features based on feedback from markets professionals

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on CRM systems in financial services or fintech
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in agile environments to deliver digital products
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and regulatory requirements such as SEC and FINRA
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Dynamics 365 in a high-volume, client-facing environment
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and metrics optimization
