Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, development, and launch of Applied AI and Insights products tailored for Digital Markets sales teams
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and sales stakeholders to define product roadmaps and prioritize features
• Drive the integration of AI-driven insights into client-facing tools to enhance market analysis and sales strategies
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for AI innovation in financial services
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept validation to deployment and performance monitoring
• Ensure products comply with regulatory standards and internal risk management protocols at JP Morgan Chase
• Foster partnerships across Digital and Markets divisions to align AI solutions with business objectives
• Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate on products, improving adoption and ROI in sales processes
• Present product strategies and outcomes to senior leadership and external clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, AI/ML product development, or data analytics within financial services
• Proven track record of launching AI-driven products or insights platforms in a sales or markets environment
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading systems, and regulatory requirements in the UK/EU
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership in a global organization
• Proficiency in data privacy regulations such as GDPR and financial compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's in AI/ML from a top-tier institution
• Prior experience at a bulge-bracket bank or fintech firm in digital markets or sales technology
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like generative AI, NLP, or predictive analytics in trading contexts
• Familiarity with JP Morgan's internal tech stack or similar enterprise platforms
