Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve platform bugs and implement client-requested enhancements
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of digital markets services for institutional clients
  • Educate clients on platform features, API usage, and best practices for digital trading workflows
  • Analyze client feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to the Neovest product suite
  • Assist in onboarding new clients by configuring accounts and conducting training sessions
  • Liaise with compliance and risk teams to ensure all technical support aligns with regulatory standards
  • Document support interactions, resolutions, and knowledge base articles for internal and client reference
  • Participate in on-call rotations to handle urgent technical issues outside business hours
  • Contribute to testing and quality assurance for platform updates and new feature releases

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical client support within the financial services industry
  • Proven experience with digital trading platforms, APIs, and market data systems
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Eligibility to work in the UK with relevant visa status if applicable
