Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the solutioning process for digital product offerings, translating client needs into actionable technical and business requirements
  • Collaborate closely with Sales teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored client-centric solutions
  • Work with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality, scalable product solutions
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to innovate and enhance JPMorgan Chase's digital offerings
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization
  • Facilitate client workshops and presentations to ensure alignment on solution delivery
  • Monitor product performance metrics and drive continuous improvements in client satisfaction
  • Ensure all solutions adhere to JPMorgan Chase's risk management and regulatory standards
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the broader Client Solutions strategy

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, solution architecture, or client-facing roles within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver digital product solutions for institutional clients
  • Strong understanding of financial products such as payments, trade finance, and asset management
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment like JPMorgan Chase
