Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for Jobs and Work Architecture, aligning with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in financial services
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver innovative workforce solutions
• Monitor global market trends in employment, gig economy, and labor finance to identify opportunities for product innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including risk, compliance, and technology teams, to ensure products meet regulatory standards
• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to refine product features that enhance client experiences in job matching and financial planning
• Drive product launches, from ideation to go-to-market, measuring success through KPIs like user adoption and revenue impact
• Foster partnerships with external vendors and internal business units to integrate advanced technologies like AI and machine learning into products
• Provide thought leadership on how workforce architecture intersects with financial services, influencing company-wide initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in financial services or fintech
• Proven track record of leading product roadmaps and launching innovative products in competitive markets
• Strong understanding of labor market dynamics, employment data, and financial implications for workforce solutions
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a large-scale enterprise environment
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable product strategies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
