Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of critical software solutions across multiple technical domains in an agile team setting
• Oversee data engineering projects to build robust pipelines that support JP Morgan Chase's core banking operations and analytics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and compliance experts, to deliver high-impact tech initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role directing engineering teams
• Proven track record in developing and deploying scalable tech solutions in the financial services industry
• Deep expertise in agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of data engineering principles, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and big data technologies
