Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of software solutions for data governance within the AI/ML platform at JPMorgan Chase's CDAO

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in data engineering or data governance roles
  • Proven track record leading engineering teams in building scalable data platforms, preferably in financial services
  • Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies and data governance frameworks within regulated environments like banking
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and data tools like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and financial compliance standards (e.g., SOX, Basel III)
