Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of software solutions to enhance efficiency in Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes at JP Morgan Chase
• Drive technological transformation by identifying opportunities to automate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting workflows
• Manage a team of software engineers, fostering innovation and collaboration in a fast-paced financial services environment
• Collaborate with FP&A stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures
• Oversee the integration of advanced analytics, AI, and cloud technologies to improve financial decision-making
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data security protocols in all engineering projects
• Mentor and develop engineering talent, promoting a culture of continuous learning and excellence
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and deliver solutions that align with JP Morgan's strategic goals
• Partner with global teams to standardize FP&A tools across regions, including Mumbai operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in financial services or fintech environments
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams in delivering technology solutions for finance planning and analysis
• Deep understanding of financial planning processes, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics in a large-scale enterprise
• Experience with agile methodologies and driving digital transformation initiatives
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams in a global organization

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Business Analytics
• Experience working at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) or financial modeling tools
• Prior involvement in regulatory compliance projects within the banking sector
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML applications in financial forecasting
