Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex technology programs across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic objectives in the financial services sector
  • Collaborate with senior executives, product managers, and engineering leads to define program scope, timelines, and success metrics
  • Oversee the development and implementation of innovative software solutions that enhance banking operations, risk management, and customer experiences
  • Drive agile processes, including sprint planning, risk assessment, and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations and internal governance standards throughout the program lifecycle

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical program management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of leading complex technology programs in a large-scale enterprise environment
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud computing platforms
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in a high-stakes financial environment with regulatory compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
