Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex technology programs across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic objectives in the financial services sector
• Collaborate with senior executives, product managers, and engineering leads to define program scope, timelines, and success metrics
• Oversee the development and implementation of innovative software solutions that enhance banking operations, risk management, and customer experiences
• Drive agile processes, including sprint planning, risk assessment, and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations and internal governance standards throughout the program lifecycle
• Mentor and develop technical program managers and engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
• Monitor program performance using KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technology, finance, and operations teams to integrate solutions seamlessly
• Contribute to the firm's technology roadmap by evaluating emerging trends like fintech and cybersecurity
• Prepare and present program updates to leadership, highlighting achievements and future opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical program management within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading complex technology programs in a large-scale enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud computing platforms
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a high-stakes financial environment with regulatory compliance requirements
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and deliver projects on time and within budget
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Scrum Master
• Knowledge of financial regulations such as Dodd-Frank, GDPR, or Basel III
• Background in managing programs involving AI, machine learning, or blockchain technologies
