Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in developing innovative solutions for JP Morgan Chase's banking platforms
• Serve as the primary decision-maker for technical architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Drive the full software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, focusing on scalable and secure financial applications
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions in areas like payments, risk management, and customer experience
• Oversee the adoption of modern technologies, including microservices, AI/ML integration, and cloud-native architectures

Required Qualifications
