Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and analytical support to Payments Sales Managers (PSMs) and Payments Client Managers (PCMs) in managing client relationships
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and pitch books tailored to diversified industries clients
  • Conduct research on client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to support sales strategies
  • Coordinate client meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up communications
  • Track sales pipelines, opportunities, and metrics using internal CRM tools
  • Support the development of customized payment solutions, such as ACH, wires, and real-time payments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product specialists and compliance, to ensure seamless client onboarding
  • Analyze client data to identify upsell opportunities and prepare performance reports
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Contribute to team initiatives aimed at enhancing JPMorgan Chase's market position in diversified industries

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support, client services, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, treasury management, or commercial banking products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
