Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the diversified industries segment, focusing on mid-to-large corporations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their payment needs and propose tailored JP Morgan Chase solutions
  • Lead the sales process from initial outreach to contract negotiation and deal closure, collaborating with internal product and risk teams
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends in payments and treasury services, positioning JP Morgan's offerings competitively
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations of payment platforms, such as Chase Connect and global payment gateways
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for new revenue generation in payments products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of client solutions
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and innovations to advise clients on best practices
  • Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to team strategy sessions
  • Track and report on sales pipeline using CRM tools like Salesforce

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in payments sales, treasury services, or financial services relationship management
  • Proven track record of developing new business and closing deals in the diversified industries sector
  • Strong understanding of payment solutions, including real-time payments, cross-border transactions, and treasury management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage C-suite executives
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for client meetings and industry events
  • Series 7 or equivalent FINRA license preferred, or ability to obtain within 90 days

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance
