Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end document lifecycle, including creation, review, approval, and archiving for client-facing and internal financial documents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and ensure compliance with J.P. Morgan's global standards
  • Analyze and optimize document workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks in the financial services environment
  • Support the implementation of digital solutions for document storage and retrieval, integrating with J.P. Morgan's core banking systems
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on business solutions, identifying discrepancies and recommending improvements
  • Assist in preparing reports and dashboards for senior management on document management metrics and performance
  • Liaise with stakeholders in Buenos Aires and global offices to resolve document-related issues promptly

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in operations, document management, or business process support within the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong understanding of document lifecycle management and compliance standards in banking
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
