Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product delivery processes for the Data Protection and Recovery (DPR) product line, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic objectives
• Drive agility functions by implementing Scrum and Kanban practices to enhance team velocity and product quality in a fast-paced financial services environment
• Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, mitigating risks associated with data security and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders to define product roadmaps and prioritize features
• Monitor and report on product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize recovery processes and minimize downtime in banking operations
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to JP Morgan's risk management frameworks and data protection policies during product development and deployment
• Coordinate with global teams to integrate DPR solutions across JP Morgan's international operations, supporting resilient financial infrastructure
• Identify opportunities for innovation in data recovery technologies, aligning with emerging trends in fintech and cybersecurity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product delivery management, preferably in financial services or technology sectors
• Proven track record in leading agile methodologies and cross-functional teams in data protection and recovery environments
• Strong understanding of data protection regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and financial industry standards like SOX and PCI-DSS
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, budgets, and risks in high-stakes product delivery projects
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with senior stakeholders in a global financial institution

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field or MBA
