  • Support the execution of trade ideas, including monitoring market movements and providing real-time updates to clients
  • Collaborate with trading desks to gather insights on equity pricing, liquidity, and volatility for sales strategies
  • Prepare daily market summaries and reports on key equity indices, such as the IPSA, for internal and client use
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions to develop innovative sales approaches for emerging market equities
  • Assist in maintaining client relationship databases, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and follow-ups
  • Contribute to compliance checks on sales materials to adhere to JP Morgan's regulatory standards in Chile

Required Qualifications

  • Recently graduated from an accredited university with a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • No prior professional job experience required; ideal for entry-level candidates
  • Strong academic record with a minimum GPA equivalent to 3.0/4.0 or equivalent
  • Eligibility to work in Chile as a seasonal employee
