Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports and statements for internal teams
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes by reconciling accounts and verifying data accuracy
• Conduct basic financial modeling and forecasting to aid in budgeting decisions
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
• Gather and organize financial data from various sources to support ad-hoc reporting requests
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in financial operations
• Assist in monitoring key financial metrics and identifying variances for senior review
• Contribute to team meetings by providing insights on student perspectives in financial services
• Support audit preparations by compiling documentation and responding to queries

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Availability to work part-time (up to 20 hours per week) during the academic year
• Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong academic record with a minimum GPA equivalent to 7/10 or higher
• Legal right to work in Argentina
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency required for local operations
