Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and drafting legal documents, including contracts and compliance reports for financial products
• Support the legal team in monitoring regulatory changes impacting JPMorgan Chase's operations in Latin America
• Conduct basic legal research on topics such as anti-money laundering (AML) and data privacy in banking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance in client transactions and advisory services
• Participate in internal training sessions and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the Drive the Future Program
• Help prepare presentations and reports for senior legal stakeholders on emerging financial risks
• Assist in due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, or new market entries in the financial sector
• Support administrative tasks related to legal operations, such as filing and record-keeping for audit purposes
• Engage in mentorship opportunities to develop skills in corporate law and financial advisory

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Strong academic record with a minimum GPA equivalent to 7.0/10 or higher
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Spanish fluency required for local operations
• Availability to work part-time (up to 20 hours per week) during the academic term
• Basic understanding of legal principles in financial services, such as regulatory compliance and contract law
• Right to work in Argentina without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship or volunteer experience in a legal or financial environment
• Knowledge of Argentine financial regulations or international banking laws
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Portuguese or French
