Leveraging your expertise in event logistics and financial acumen, you will manage budgets, track engagement metrics, and optimize outcomes to support our early talent goals in a competitive financial landscape. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute event strategies to engage university students and early career talent, aligning with JPMorgan Chase's early careers mission
  • Build and maintain relationships with key university partners, career services offices, and student organizations to promote JPMorgan Chase opportunities
  • Coordinate logistics for on-campus events, virtual webinars, and networking sessions, ensuring seamless execution and high attendee satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to align events with talent acquisition goals and track ROI through metrics like attendance and conversions
  • Manage budgets for events, negotiating with vendors and ensuring cost-effective solutions while upholding brand standards
  • Create compelling event content, including promotional materials, presentations, and follow-up communications to showcase JPMorgan Chase's culture and opportunities
  • Analyze event feedback and performance data to continuously improve future engagements and reporting to senior leadership
  • Support DEI efforts by targeting underrepresented student groups and fostering inclusive event experiences
  • Liaise with marketing and communications teams to amplify event visibility across digital channels and social media

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event planning, relationship management, or recruiting within a corporate environment
  • Proven track record in managing stakeholder relationships with universities, professional organizations, and external vendors
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry and early talent recruiting strategies
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for events and campus visits
