  • Cultivate relationships with university career services, student organizations, and industry networks to attract top early career talent
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including resume screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for associate-level positions
  • Organize and participate in campus recruiting events, virtual webinars, and diversity-focused initiatives to enhance JP Morgan Chase's employer brand
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to optimize hiring strategies and report on pipeline health to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in financial services hiring
  • Foster strategic partnerships with external vendors and alumni networks to expand talent reach in competitive tech and data sectors
  • Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to the development of early career programs within the firm's technology divisions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on early career or technology talent
